Impossible Burgers are made from 100% plant-based meat, and launching a plant meat burger in Chicago - a city that loves real meat and sausages - is a bit of a challenge. Our solution - create a fictitious organization (The Chicago Sausage Guild) hellbent on keeping Impossible Burgers out. We then borrowed from Chicago’s rich tradition of speakeasies, and creating something we called - The Impossible Meateasy.
